How secure is our data?

Our servers are located in a state of the art computer facility specifically built for supporting Internet servers. Web, application and database servers are all located behind a firewall server. The facility has multiple backup systems with 24-hour on-site monitoring.

Can I backup my own data?

Yes. We have a very simple download function, which allows you to backup a full copy of your data at anytime.

What are the minimum system requirements?

  • WebTimeTracker works with any of the following operating systems:
    Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Mac OS X.
  • Internet connection of 28.8k or faster (the faster the better)
  • Internet Browser (Internet Explorer version 8.0 or higher recommended)

Which browser does Time Management Solutions recommend to use with the WebTimeTracker timesheet?

WebTimeTracker works best with Microsoft Internet Explorer. Netscape Navigator, Mozilla FireFox, and Google Chrome are also supported.

Does anything have to be installed on our users' PCs to use the WebTimeTracker timesheet?

No. As long as your PC is setup to use the Internet via a browser, you can access WebTimeTracker without downloading or installing any components.

Can we use WebTimeTracker to collect payroll time?

Yes. WebTimeTracker can be used to collect work time, lunch, sick, vacation, and personal time and feed it to most accounting and payroll packages.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payment plans are quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
